### **1. Acceptance of Terms**
By creating an account or purchasing any service (Hosting, Domain Registration, or Digital Services) from **Domain Chiefs**, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
### **2. Domain Registration & Management**
* **Registrar Relationship:**By registering a domain through us, you also agree to the **ICANN** terms of service.
* **Accuracy of Data:** You must provide accurate WHOIS contact information. Failure to do so may lead to the immediate suspension or cancellation of your domain.
* **Renewals:** You are responsible for ensuring your domain is renewed. While **Domain Chiefs** sends automated reminders via our billing portal, we are not liable for domains lost due to expired payment methods or ignored notifications.
* **Non-Refundable:** Domain registrations and renewals are processed instantly and are **non-refundable**.
**"All domain registrations at Domain Chiefs are protected by the Mandatory Chief Domain Shield (1.99 USD). This security layer is required for all domains to ensure compliance with global data privacy standards and to protect your identity from malicious actors."
### **3. Web Hosting Services*** **Uptime Guarantee:** We aim for **99.9% uptime**. However, maintenance and third-party infrastructure issues beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
* **Acceptable Use Policy (AUP):** You may not use **Domain Chiefs** hosting for:
* Illegal content, pirated software (warez), or copyright infringement.
* Spamming or mass-mailing (Immediate account termination applies).
* Activities that threaten our server infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).
* **Resource Limits:** Accounts exceeding their allocated CPU or RAM limits (e.g., *Chief Basic*) may be required to upgrade to a higher tier to maintain server stability.
### **4. Payments and Refunds**
* **Pricing:** All prices are set in **USD**. Local currency conversions are calculated at the current market rate at the time of checkout.
* **Tiered Structure:** Service tiers (Chief Basic, Standard, Business, Legend) are billed according to the selected cycle.
* **Chargebacks:** Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in the immediate termination of all associated services and permanent blacklisting of the account.
* **Refund Policy:** Hosting services carry a **24hours- money-back guarantee**. This guarantee does **not** apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or custom setup fees.
### **5. Data Protection & Privacy**
* **Compliance:** **Domain Chiefs** is committed to protecting your data. We use your information strictly for billing, account security, and service delivery.
* **Backups:** While we perform regular server backups, **the client is responsible** for maintaining their own off-site backups of their website files and databases.
### **6. Limitation of Liability**
**Domain Chiefs** shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
